Perfect For Runs
I purchased the Flashflo for longer runs and it worked out great. It doesn't flop around and it holds plenty of liquid without worrying about running out. Great Design.

Perfect for my walks and hikes!
I purchased the FlashFlo because I was tired of carrying water bottles on hikes or walks (up to 5 miles or so.) My camelbak backback is too much trouble and weight for short ventures. I am extremely happy with this item, took it on a short hike to do some rock climbing and I had enough water to last me without the inconvenience of carrying bottles along. Great product and quick ship!

Love it!!!
Works great for long runs (6+ miles)with a little G2 and water mixture. Doesn't slop around while running and doesn't irritate your skin.
