great sock
I wasn't expecting these to be such a big upgrade! They are nice and thick, very comfortable and warm. I like how they're form fitting without squeezing my calf too hard. The padded zones don't seem vastly different from the non on inspection, but you can feel it when you're in a boot. Highly recommended

nice purchase
Bought a new pair this year and are my favorite sock. Had a pair in past the only thing is the area where it thins out in front of ankle will eventually put a hole in it if you ride a lot. Padding in all the right places.

Burton Buffer Sock
Great socks true to size. Perfect for toasty winter days. Not thick at all but hold the warmth. Used in temps below 10 degrees and feet were warm all day.
