Does what they're supposed to do
...could be lighter, though. Steady and sharp, clear in low or fading light. Includes a handy (but heavy, for UL purposes) pleather carrying case and an altogether too narrow neckstrap; I'd replace both. In short, a decent compromise between a monocular and a pair of semiserious field glasses.
