The sandal is great. Only 1 i've found that allows a heel lift.
I have one leg that is a little longer than the other, so I use a heel lift in my shoes, but that obviously doesn't work with flip flops. This sandal, however, allows you to put the lift in it, and therefore you can wear flip flops and still use the lift!

Great Casual Sandal and accept Orthotic Too
Wearing orthotic insoles has really limited what I can wear around water, the lake or beach...until now. Most sandals have absolutely no arch support and my feet ache in a couple hors of walking. These sandals are well made, comfortable, adjustable and will accept orthotics in them. Using the regular orthotic from another pair of shoes works O.K. take these in to the foot doc and these will be able to customize orthotic to fit in these perfectly. GREAT SANDALS FOR THOSE WITH OR WITHOUT ORTHOTIC NEEDS

best flip flop I have ever owned
I live at the beach and wear flip flops eight months out of the year. These are by far the best I have ever worn, and so i am back for my second pair after having worn the first pair down to the nub! They feel small at first, but keep wearing them, they will stretch out and feel perfect after a couple of weeks. Wearing Makos cured a sciatic issue I had from wearing non-orthotic flip-flops for so many years. I highly recommend them. They are like a second pair of feet!
