Good Running Shoes
Avia is one of my favorite brands for running shoes and I am really impressed with th 239. The shoes deliver a smooth ride and provide a nice seamless heel to toe transition and are okay for my very mild pronation. Cushioning is good and they are tough enough to handle a light trail despite the fact that they are designed for pavement. The shoes are very durable and I will definitely stick with these as long as Avia makes them.
