I've never seen this good of a jacket in my hiking history. It is a perfect one for all weather. It is all round player jacket, no matter if it rains, snows, whatever climate you have. great jacket. I'll love it forever!!!

Excellent Features and Performance
You might not think that Gore-Tex Pro shell is better than Gore-Tex Performance shell, but it is. The strength, durability, and breathability of the fabric is unmatched. The jacket I received was "made in Canada." Awesome. Nothing amiss, all stitching perfect. Love the fact that the are two drawcords, one at the hem and also one at the waist. The length of this jacket--a little longer--provides coverage where other jackets come up short. Plenty of pockets inside and out. Fit is right on, with just enough room to layer, but not too much. At home on the mountain, in the backcountry, or at the resort. Enjoy. Worth every penny.

Well built, attractive design, and good customer service
My wife and I each purchased the Theta AR after reviewing the Arc'teryx website, trying on some jackets at our local brick and mortar, and garnering opinions from friends. Reasons to buy are myriad but we liked the weight, the length, and the Gore-Tex Pro. It is remarkably lightweight and occupies little space, which is important when loading up the SUV with skis and gear for a family of four. We plan on using the AR as it was intended, all four seasons, and the weight and robust nature of the Gore-Tex Pro will make it among the most useful gear we own. The length allows it to be used for skiing, whereas the similarly intended Alpha and Beta might prove less effective. An added bonus is the attractive color and design. My wife stands 5'5, 124 pounds and the small is perfect. Large enough to allow her to layer with a wind-proof vest and soft shell underneath yet fitted enough to wear alone in warm, wet weather. Altrec held my order and emailed me to confirm some conflicting details on my order. I appreciated their attention to detail and thanked them for taking the extra step to minimize the possibility of fraud.

Fantastic Jacket - Love it
I got this jacket after much contemplation, but I am super glad I got it. It fits great and is super light! Love all the pockets, especially the inside one for your cell phone. I use this for rainy days in the city and skiing on the mountain. The jacket is great for hiking/backpacking on those windy days as well. Two thumbs up!

Best Rain and Wind coat on Market
