great fit right out of the bag
Great fitting pants. I'm 5'9" athletic 60ish. I like a low rise but not so much that I can't lean over. These were the first pair of Arc'teryx pants I've gotten. Size 6 fit well. A bit looser than expected.

arcteryx rana pants
great pants. After wearing my 1st pair I bought a 2nd pair in a different color. The material is lightweight & supremely soft and the fit is great. I wear them to work with a nicer top and around town running errands on the weekend. I dont want to take them off. I could wear them hiking but have wanted to preserve them for comfortable, casual wear. may have to buy a dedicated pair for hiking......

A bit long
I stand 5'4" and weigh 120 lbs and bought a size 4. The waist fits perfectly but the length was a bit too long. I had to have the hem reduced 2 inches.

size is too big
This pant is light and comfortable.But you should not make a reference to size chart.Size chart write waist 34 inch(86cm) is size 14.But actually waist is 40 inch (100cm).Tooooo big!I think size 8 or 6 is right.
