Whether you're battling a winter blast during analpine climb or skiing the deep backcountry, the Arc'teryx Theta SL Jacket - Men's combines superlight Gore-Tex PacLite with durable Gore-Tex XCR to bock the elements. The best of lightweight, breathable and packable, the Theta SL is reinforced at the shoulders to resist pack abrasion, while keeping the bells-'n'-whistles to a minimum. Its two front pockets are set high, so they are free of your harness and pack's waist-belt as waterproof underarm zips vent off excess body heat when putting in a big effort. The Theta SL Jacket's hood fits over your helmet, and its shell length provides full Arcteryx protection in the nastiest of mountain storms.

Great Shell, very Happy!
Very pleased with this jacket's ability to breathe, which was important to me. It also packs very small and is light which means you don't have to think twice about throwing it in a rucksack. I am 6ft 3" and glad of the little extra length this jacket possesses over it's competitors.
Great Rain Jacket
This is your basic rain jacket. I didn't like it because I prefer Gore Tex Pro Shell to Paclite because I heard from Arc'teryx that Pro Shell is more durable and breathable. Other than that detail, the jacket is worth the money! It is also pretty light.
Great shell
I strongly recommanded this hardshell, It has many great features: high-quality, Lightweight, wind and water proof, Most of all, it has a great appearance. In my eyes, It is a perfect shell.
Arc'teryx Theta SL
The Arc'teryx Theta SL Its made by Arc'teryx enough said, but I will say more, the Theta SL is a perfect mixture of Paclite and XCR Gore-Tex making a supper light supper packable but plenty durable storm shell. The Theta SL has a technical fit with great arm articulation. Sizing runs true and leaves enough room for layers. The hood fits nicely over a helmet and stays on until you want it off then it rolls and zips into the collar when not needed, a great feature. It has shortened pit zips to save weight. Two large front pockets set up high as not to interfere with a climbing harness. This is the longest cut jacket Arc'teryx makes so it fits nicely under a climbing harness. Ive used this shell for rock and alpine climbing skiing hiking and packs small enough that I have taken it cycling on poor weather days. One of the best purchases I have made.
