Good for light weight loads
I took this pack for several trips after I bought it. It is same as I expected from this bag. This bag is good for light day hikes. You can put several bottles of water, a rainwear, camera, food in and still with extra space left. This bag has three compartments, easier for you to organize things. As I said, if you are looking for a bag that is good for a light day hike, this is it.
Best Backpack I've owned
It's a little small, but holds a lot. I questioned the durability because it was so light, but it hasn't let me down--even overpacking it on several occasions. It handles any load well. VERY comfortable. I really wish Arc'teryx made a version that was a little bigger--my only gripe. I bought this pack to carry my laptop and books too and from school. As a daypack it's perfect, but for me, when carrying more than 2 classes worth of stuff it can get tight. Last semester I had to decide weather or not I really needed to take certain books to campus because it was slightly too small. I don't regret the purchase at all however. It's still the best bag I've owned. Bottom line, If you're considering this as a school bag, I'd look for something larger. If you will be day tripping with it, you can't go wrong.
Perfect Size
This pack is perfect for hiking. At 25 Liters, it surprisingly can hold a lot of stuff. It has most of the same features as a larger pack, which is really nice. It has a very lightweight frame to it, which is made out of a hard plastic, which doesn't sound amazing but considering the size of the pack it doesn't matter. Practically every part of the pack is ventilated, so it performs really well under warm or hot conditions. It has plenty of pockets, a long with a bladder sleeve that is very accessible (it also fits my 15" laptop like a glove). All in all, the pack is just about the perfect size for anything really, besides backpacking. It works well for school, as a daypack or ski pack, or whatever your needs. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Its a small pack with big features, and of course it was made with top quality as usual. Another great piece from Arc'Teryx!
