Getting around

Micros (US$0.15) and minibuses (US$0.20) connect the city center with outlying areas. Their routes are designated by their letters, colors and signs (and in the case of minibuses, numbers). It’s a fairly confusing system, so check with the driver before boarding. Note that micros and minibuses are small and crowded, so if possible, avoid carrying luggage aboard.

Taxis around the center, including to and from the terminals, cost a non-negotiable US$0.40 per person. A radio taxi (527-6222, 527-3399) costs US$0.75.
