Love this. I and my partner have coined a lot of travel terms over the years. Our favorite: tour barnacle, defined in this story: http://ephemerratic.com/innocents-abroad-machu-picchu-peru

Back Pack-edge: To perch your buttocks on the tip of a bench in a European train station because you were too lazy to take your backpack off before sitting down.

Kneejerk: The guy in sitting front of you in cramped economy class who drops his seat back so violently it almost cripples you for the rest of your vacation.

Flukewarm: The one-in-a-thousand chance that when you turn on the faucet in your hotel shower and the water will automatically come out at the perfect temperature.

Checkpointlessness: The bored, slightly irritable expression on the faces of the uniformed employees who work in passport control.

Dumplincognito: The greasy lump of protein of unknown and dubious origin that is floating in the middle of your soup.
