I've been thinking about taking a tour of Nepal, Bhutan and possibly also Tibet. Can anyone recommend a dependable tour operator? I had a look at himalayasguide.com but have never heard of them before.

I’m planning a tour to Bhutan. I’d like to spend a couple of days in a monastery to learn how to meditate and then to make a visit to the country.
Do you recommend any tour agency to arrange everything (namely the monastery - do you recomend any?
