About 400yd uphill from the town center, this is as upscale as it goes in San Ignacio. The lobby is graced with a gorgeous mahogany staircase, marble floors and huge bouquets of orchids and bromeliads. Family-sized suites comfortably house six, but single rooms are a bit small for the money. The Green Iguana Exhibit tours leave every hour on the hour from the lobby. Also on site are a restaurant, bar and casino.
