'A gastro-pub, Central American style' is how John and Pamela bill their second floor eatery, opened in 2008. Try the Snapper Napoleon (BZ$34), a three-layer dish made with snapper fillet, freshly ground polenta cakes in the middle and grilled zucchini on the bottom. At BZ$7 a pop, travelers on a budget should try the Rumfish tacos: beer-battered fillets are served with shredded cabbage and pico de gallo. Imported wines, beers and cocktails and a breezy colonial verandah complete the picture.
