At this thatched poolside restaurant at the Radisson hotel you get to grill your own meal – steak, fajitas, shrimp, chicken satay and the like – on super-hot volcanic stones. It’s fun, tasty and free of added fat.

    Live music + healthy, tasty stone-grilled food

    This restaurant is at the Radisson in Belize City - stayed one night there at end of a week in Belize. We were there on a Friday night and it was hopping! There was live music and the crowd was a fun blend of locals and tourists. We ordered a mix of surf and turf on the stone grill - the HOT stone comes to your table and you finish cooking your food there. The shrimp was a little overcooked since the stone is so hot - the server did tell us to take the shrimp off the stone right away, but it was still too late...otherwise the seafood tasted fresh and the steak was good quality (practically the only beef we ate that week in Belize)...

    Fun place to hang out and have a cocktail. We enjoyed it overall.
