Spare ribs (in honey, natural, and the house version, sweet and sour) are the speciality of this large, airy restaurant situated footsteps from Ghent's castle. You can fill up on them à la carte (from around €15) or as part of all-you-can-eat menus (around €24.20 to around €37.70), finished off with chocolate mousse. Staff are welcoming and genuine.

omg - get the house version of the ribs...

The house ribs are the best I've ever had, by far--and I'm from Texas--if we know anything, it's ribs... They are more sweet and salty, not so much sour - it's a dry rub that makes a very delicate, crackly crust that makes you savor each bite and it almost makes them too easy to eat since there's no fear of making an embarrassing mess of yourself.
The dinner service was great and two racks went down almost as easily as the Leffe -- and then we had the the rest of the night to sight-see (and walk it off).
