Inside this decidedly dated blue-glass building (completed only a decade ago) political junkies can sit in on a parliamentary session in the huge debating chamber known as the hemicycle, or tour it when parliament’s not sitting. Tours (using multilingual headphones) start at the parliament’s visitor’s centre attached to the Paul-Henri Spaak section of the parliament.
