Hotel Minsk currently has very little local competition in its price range, and so it may seem expensive for what are rather typical Western-standard rooms. The decor is a vision in inoffensive beige: beige paint, beige carpet, beige bedspreads. Staff are helpful and well-trained. Free use of the small gym and saunas (both hot and dry) is included, as well as a decent buffet breakfast, making the hotel a better deal than it seems at first glance.
