I am a US citizen traveling to Bangladesh from central Asia. I have read a lot about the VOA but I am still unclear.
Do I need a letter of invitation?
How strict are they about showing an onward ticket, hotel stays, and proof of bank account?
My husband and I will be spending a week in Bangladesh at the beginning of October.
Can anyone suggest an itinerary of key things to do/ see? We fly in and out of Dhaka and would like to see any key sights but also like to get off the beaten track. We're also both quite fit and active and interested in culture, nature, wildlife, jungle, beaches and food/nightlife!
Thanks in advance
