  1. Botanical Gardens

    Several kilometres east of town, next to the Agriculture and Fisheries College, are the large and peaceful botanical gardens. Well laid out, and with clear labels pinpointing some of the more interesting plants and trees, it makes an excellent place to relax on a bench with a book. A rickshaw from the town centre will cost in the region of Tk 30.
