(1)Only 10 minutes by feet to Banani Railway Station. 【Note you can buy Train Tickets in advance from Banani Railway Station Ticket Office even if your train will not be stopping there】. Tk1200 for 1st Class sleeper to Khulna or Chittagong Division etc. You have to catch the train at the main station: Kamalapur Railway Station (Only TK250 from our home to there by Baby Taxi):

(2)Only 15 minutes by car to Dhaka Airport if without serious traffic jam. We have free pickup and drop-off service at this season. It will be charged about Tk700-1000 by authorized taxi.

(3)Only 10 minutes by feet to Kakoli Over bridge bus Terminal, you can catch bus to go to old Dhaka by about TK30 or to Airport at the cost about TK10.

(4)Directly Opposite to Kumitola Golf Club just cross the New Airport Road. TK300/50 practice balls+ tips in Gold Club.

【How to visit us with an Appointment?】

A. You please MUST google 'Sabrina's Home/ Dhaka /Bangladesh' to find our email or mobile no. and you MUST make APPOINTMENT before your physical coming.

[Because we are home-stay to share our best extra rooms inside our 100% private residence, we have to screen all the applicants to final the qualified guests to make sure the max. Safety and Welfare of our all indoor guests etc. all our stakeholders within our communities, whose profession must be LEGAL and who must have sound mental health, who must have no drugs, no weeds, no called-girls, no alcoholic, no gambling etc. problems at all ]

B. The Best Way: In case if you have to come to Sabrina' first time by yourself from train or bus station or Domestic flight after booking, the best way is calling my mobile No. in front of Building #.137 (BloomingDale) without asking any help from Security Guard, I can come downstairs to pick you up within 1 minute if you made an appointment properly with accurate arrival time.

The Better Way: ask Security Guard call me by intercom (Intercom No. of C1 Apartment is 111) from the Guard Room.

The Last Way:If you did not inform us your accurate arrival time, we happen to go out when you come, then you have to ask our Security Guard to call me from his mobile (About TK10/min), if you can not call me or send sms to me from your own cell-phone.

Tips: (1) Making an Appointment and keeping in touch with us by email, phone call or sms to tell your accurate arrival time before your physical coming are very essential and crucial as we may go outside for any purposes at any time!!! (2)Please DO NOT talk anything else in front of our building, EXCEPT to Security Guard: 'I come for Ms. Sabrina & Mr. Hu in C1 Apartment-My Chinese Friends, Intercom No. of C1 Apartment is 111, If you don't want waste your time for any possibility.

Energy Saving behaviors will be encouraged for indoor guests during their staying (Turn off all power in your room when it is not necessary). Turn on Shower Heater 20 minutes before taking shower and turn off just after you taking shower.

【Sabrinas Home Rules for Everyone Welfare:】
1) Checkout time: 12pm noon, you can pay extra payment to stay in your room or bed if it is approved after payment.( 50% room rate by 6pm, 100% room rate after 6pm). You can sit down on the Sofa in Sitting Area if you are not willing to pay extra for late checkout.
2)Remove your shoes after your enter the apartment to keep healthy environment for all;
3)Use service spoons or forks to take food to your own plate;
4) Laundry service excludes underwear & socks;
5)Smoking areas are only at Balconies;
6)Keep min. voice volume in sitting area or dorm if somebody is working or taking rest.
7)Shower towel is only for drying hair and body after shower (As we try to avoid using bleaching liquid to protect ecosystem;
8) Turn off AC, Fan, lights, Water Heater for shower when you go outside or finish using;
9) Key deposit is USD30 refundable.
10) Famous Dinner USD6/head, 4 Main Dishes + Best Quality Japan or Thai Rice + Green Tea will be served; All food are Organic, healthy concerned, delicious and fresh. Dinner will started from 7:30pm, need 4 hours advanced notice. Non-indoor guest price will be USD10/head(Full Payment needed at Booking time).
11) Indoor guests should come back before 12am as Security Guard will lock the main gate by 12am. If we pickup you from airport, it will be no problem for midnight flight.
