Many bakeries offer stand-bars at which to eat snacks and cheap if long-stewed cups of tea or cocoa. The Çudo Peçka chain is ubiquitous, and its branch near Hotel Velotrek has seating. However, their system of pre-paying can be awkward if you don't speak Azeri.

    Good for snack

    ayten recommends this,

    It is a chain of a kind of bakery.There are different kind of pastries, pies, cakes,pizzas ,salads and other snacks.Mainly they are tasty , but I would reccomend you to ask salesmen if the product you have chosen is fresh. If not ask for recommendation,
    And also , the payment system may seem somewhat confused.It is like this:You choose the product you want and say it to the salesman.He will say to you how much you have to pay and for which section (The sections are numbered).Then you go to the cashier , pay , the cashier will give you cheque and you will give this cheque to the salesman and get your purchase.
