Mraz & Sohn is not only a snappy name, it really is a family-owned-and-run restaurant. The chef de cuisine, Markus Mraz, is the creative force behind the Michelin star, chef hats and other accolades awarded for innovative dishes. The menu changes frequently, but in winter you might find expertly prepared saddle of venison with chicory, tonka beans and black salsify.
