Pars is heavily patronised by Vienna's Persian community, giving it a stamp of authenticity. Persian cuisine, such as Schekampareh (eggplant filled with meat), Lubiapolo (beans, lamb and rice) and a good selection of kebabs ( shish , Adana , Kubideh ), is complimented by over 30 varieties of quality Austrian wine.
