Head chef Joachim Gradwohl creates a daily menu of inviting dishes with delicate Mediterranean sauces and sweet aromas; the ingredients come directly from the city's best gourmet supermarket just downstairs. Waiters are professional to a fault, but the atmosphere is surprisingly relaxed and easy-going.
