Lonely Planet review
This upmarket hotel is right in the middle of town and has lake views from all rooms. These are large, with modern furniture and balcony, but the corridors are a bit gloomy. There’s a smart restaurant (mains €14.50 to €24, open lunch and dinner) downstairs, serving fresh lake fish on a daily changing menu.
Our independent authors have visited Seehotel Schwan and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Gmunden.
