This smart restaurant is prized for fresh, locally sourced fare like tender Pinzgauer lamb. Dwarfed by the cliffs of Mönchsberg, the palm-shaded terrace is wonderful when the sun’s out.

    Very Disappointed

    misk30 does not recommend this,

    We ate there today after reading what the planet had to say. The food was good, but the portions were extremely small and it was not in the middle of the road section for restaurants. (19,90 - 32,90 for meals. Should be in the Top end section in the Salzburg guide.) We told our hostess we had three in the party (my wife, son and I) and she put us at a table for two. I stood for about 5 minutes, then took a chair from another table to sit. It took the waiter about 20 minutes to come ask us for our drinks and another 30 to get the food out. We were served no bread and when they came to give us our silver ware (after the food was served) they forgot the napkins and only gave us enough silver ware for two. We were very disappointed by the service to say the least.
