Gergely’s
The flagship of the four eateries around Schlossplatz (don’t miss the garden, replete with a tractor and lovely trees and seating), Gergely’s is inside a 14th-century vaulted cellar and focuses exclusively on steaks made from quality beef sourced locally and internationally. Top of the range is a 500g T-bone from US-bred Hereford (€30), but there’s almost a steak with a provenance and size for everyone, which you can enjoy with a strong selection of sauces and accompaniments.
