Pub entertainment in Perth

  1. A

    La Bog

This often jam-packed Irish pub is in Northbridge's backpacker heartland. It may be a package Irish franchise (there's one in Fremantle as well) but it's still a reasonable and popular place to sit and sip on a Guinness amongst friends. Live bands offer a fun night of dancing and the 06:00 close means you can grab an early-morn nightcap.

    Brass Monkey

This massive pub, built in 1897, boasts several different areas and vibes. Take your pick: sit up on a stool at the bar, lean back in the relaxed beer garden or hunker down on a sofa by the fire. The food’s good, too.

    Brisbane

It was a very clever architect indeed who converted this classic corner pub (1898) into a thoroughly modern venue, where each space seamlessly blends into the next. Best of all is the large courtyard where the palms and ponds provide a balmy holiday feel.
