I'm not sure if that's something to ask in a travel forum but as I will be in Australia for quite a long time I'm wondering whether Doctor Who is quite popular in Australia as well or not at all. I would like to visit some Doctor Who spots if there are any and maybe meet up with some fellow Whovians. Do you know any places to go? Or is it hardly recognised in Oz?
I've posted on this forum a few times before and have had some great advise from you all, so was hoping if I could get some more help/tips :)

Hi guys, I'm in Cairns right now, and wondering where's the cheapest place to buy tours ?
Sky diving etc ?
Or can someone give me a rough price of the cost of each so I know I'm not getting ripped off.
Also, I can book all my tours and hostels in advance, is it worth doing this ?

In a month's time, my girlfriend is flying over from England to meet me in Melbourne (I'm currently in Vietnam with friends). Prior to this 6-week holiday, I was living in Melbourne for a bit and have good knowledge on what's available there. I could easily research 'Top 10 Things in Aus' etc. but I'd rather seek a personal account on how couples have explored the country.
We're both in our early 20s and she'll be here 1 year - a portion of that will be dedicated to extending our VISAs with 88…
I'm thinking about sitting the test to get the RSA Certificate, iv not looked into it at all, il be flying into Cairns so il do the relevant one for that state.
Just wondering how long it usually takes to pass online and where can I buy the course ?
If you had 8-10 weeks to spend in Oz and NZ, how would you break up the time? What months would you choose to travel and why? What means of getting around in-country do you suggest? Is a combination of cycling, buses and trains practical? What do you consider things not to miss? Working on a plan here and really appreciate your thoughts. Thanks a million, Rob

Just wondering if I'd be better with a suitcase or Rucksack?
Already have a suitcase so would be saving money if I just went with a suitcase.
