About a half a year ago I have posted here my bad experience with the Europcar car rental at Sydney airport. I was complaining that few days after I had returned the car without any damage to them my credit card was charged with an additional fee, allegedly for special cleaning of the stained car interior. We did not do any stains inside the car and I was quite unhappy about their conduct which looked to me as a premeditated scam. For the details please see the previous post.
The reason I am…

I would like to go and do a bit of wine tasting and maybe visit a couple of vineyards.
I was hoping someone may be able to suggest any particular ones which are good to visit or any where there is a place we can…

Short term volunteering opportunities for Australians in Indigenous Australia, Vanuatu, Costa Rica and Cambodia through a reputable organisation.
"Volunteers in Community Engagement", formally 'Youth Challenge Australia'.
There are fees, you must be over 18 but there is no upper age limit, it is not necessary to be an Australian citizen, but pre departure training is required in Australia.
Friends of mine will arrive on April 10 in Broome by Cruise ship. Dock at approx. 2am (!) and leave at approx 2pm.
Is there any company/service they can book to visit Chinatown, Cable Beach, Gantheaume, etc on a 2 to 3 hour trip.
If not, would a taxi be advisable to take them around to these points and what would it cost them?
Thank you for any advice.

Is there anything I need to do to formally let Immi know that I'll be leaving for good and no longer will need my student visa (that was originally for two years, it's been 8 months).
Hi, I'm new to the idea of travelling but am looking into the idea of seeing the sights of Australia over 6-9 months. Haven't really got into the detail of it yet as there's a lot I need to consider practicality wise first.
I know I need to apply for a working holiday visa and I've spent quite a bit of time looking into the visa, but one thing I'm struggling to see is how much money I need in my bank to show that I can support myself when I enter the country, as I know there is a financial…
My partner and I are planning this trip from May 6th - May 17th of this year. We also plan to stop in Kalbari, Coral Bay, and anywhere else that may be of interest. We will be driving a Honda Civic. We hope to camp the entire trip.
I would prefer to drive at night if possible for the Perth Kalbari Leg of the journey. I have been warned about Kangaroos and Cattle but would like to hear from you all if this are really major concern on this portion of the trip? We have a kangaroo whistle for the…
