Cyril Vincent has opened his old-style deli at the crack of dawn for more than 50 years. Dawn doesn’t seem to mind, and his loyal customers keep coming back for European smallgoods, chocolates, cheeses, coffee, mustards and various pickled things at nongourmet prices.
