What a find! On the edge of Darling Harbour in Ultimo, Kopitam isn’t going to win any interior-design awards (low ceiling, daggy tiled floor, plastic furniture and Malaysian Airlines tourism posters), but the food is spectacular – great-value, authentic Malaysian soups, stir-fries and curries to make Chef Wan proud.
