Lonely Planet review for Sea Bay Restaurant

Sea Bay has slipped the touristy tethers of Chinatown and drifted a few blocks north, but the aesthetic is the same. Expect brightly lit, basic surroundings and simple, satisfying food. The shredded potato with chilli is a winner, as are the pancakes and dumplings.

    food withour frills

    kismetkate does not recommend this,

This place like any good Chinese establishment is all about the food which is cheap but good. Don't be put off by the formica tabletops, somewhat charmless service and the queue. I love the generous dumplings :one serve is a meal in itself. Great when you need something to fill you up before or after a few drinks.
