It's sweaty, shoulder-to-shoulder eating beneath wreaths of plastic grapes in this busy noodle nook - the stringy fare is made fresh daily. The combination dish looks like spaghetti bolognaise on steroids - masses of thick wheat noodles, pork, shredded cucumber and lashings of chilli and black vinegar.
