Lonely Planet review
At the time of research Bondi's grand dame had shed her Barbara Cartland–esque pink wrap and was in the process of an extreme makeover, creating two larger rooms out of every three 1920s shoeboxes. By the time you're reading this there should be air-conditioning and double-glazing throughout (we suspect the prices might creep up as well).
Our independent authors have visited Hotel Bondi and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Sydney.
