Lonely Planet review
On a spur of land at the far end of Point Lookout are these roomy apartments with passably stylish furniture, some with large decks. All units are three-bedroom: if you book a one- or two-bedroom option, some doors will be locked. Bring your binoculars to spot the namesake humpbacks. Single-night stays are possible, but are considerably pricier.
Our independent authors have visited Whale Watch Ocean Beach Resort and selected this as one of our recommended accommodation in North Stradbroke Island.
