    Great cinema, latest films, cheap tickets

    This cinema is right across from the South Bank Parklands and easy to access by public transport - 5 minutes walk from the train station and busway station at South Bank. Great location to grab a drink or have dinner before/after the movie since there are lots of cafes/restaurants on Grey Street.

    The cinema is very nice, showing a good selection of the latest films. Their tickets are really cheap compared to all other cinemas in Brisbane I've been to! Students and seniors get discounts. There's also Budget Tuesdays and Sunday nights specials when tickets are cheaper.

    Reasonable tickets, great location

    South Bank Cinema is definitely the one to go to for cheaper tickets. It is in a great location if you want to enjoy the surrounding restaurants before hand or grab dessert afterwards! Parking can be tricky though so if you are driving allow time before the movie for a few laps around.
