Lonely Planet review for Cornucopia Museum Café
Appended to the museum and gallery, this café makes for a good stop while you're in the 'hood. Maybe share a trio of dips, commenting on how good a dip would be, while overlooking Vestey's Beach. Try a salad or pasta special, remarking on how special that collection of artwork you've just walked around is. It's also good for a late breakfast, for the children and for meaty mains.

good food, great view
grolma recommends this,
you know its good when the locals keep going back there. one of the best sea views of any food place in Darwin, good food, kid friendly, and the perfect spot for a coffee or lunch after visiting the museum, and you can watch the kids run around on the big grass area out the front without leaving your seat

Cornucopia Museum Cafe
scoutalice recommends this,
On a balmy Darwin day, a visit to the Museum at Bullocky Point , Fannie Bay, is obligatory. Not only is there vast amounts to explore and learn, there's also a 'jewel in the crown' lurking just beyond it's doors. The Cornucopia (horn of plenty) Museum Cafe awaits with it's airy, calming ambience. The place feels like you've just discovered something no-one else knows about and the anticipation of what's to come on the menu after a hard and hot days touring is exciting. The menu offers everyone something to enjoy from fresh barramundi, a raw energy salad, to eggs florentine or mango and dragon fruits. You can also drop in for a fresh, smooth coffee and cake or chilled smoothie. There's magazines and papers to browse and the view of the Arafura Sea from the fan-cooled balcony is something of a 'time-waster'. Staff don't mind you sitting there gazing, as long as you've ordered one thing, once. A true 'find' in Darwin's somewhat limited restaurant/cafe scene.

Cornucopia Museum Cafe
debjharrison recommends this,
Darwin can be tropical and steamy, and Cornucopia Cafe scores 10/10 for providing inside (excellent air-con) or outside eating. It's one of the very few eating places in Darwin right by the waterfront, with access to the shore. The setting is wonderful, you can enjoy the view across the lawns and the water, while eating the food which is always good (don't forget to ask for the non-stop jugs of water). It will certainly fill half a day by the time you've meandered through the museum, lazed in the cafe, then taken a walk around the shoreline. A great place for everyone - it's quintessentially Darwin.
