Breakfast, accepted as one of the best, can be ordered all day. Waiting for a table is part of the ritual, so grab a superb coffee and a spot at the bar window for a moment to check out the Fitzroy scene. Marios' waiters run a tight ship with terrific service and speedy customer turnover; the wait is never long.

    Marios, the place for all day breakfast

    Mario's has got to be one of the best places in Melbourne, let alone Brunswick St to have breakfast. The food is fresh and fantastic, the choice is quite broad, the coffee is great and they serve breakfast all day, every day! What's not to love?
    The outdoor seating is a great place to relax and enjoy the bustle of the very popular Brunswick St, while the speedy staff rush out to take your order and bring you a perfect latte in record time.

    Mario's - Crazy Italian Magnificence

    Mario's will remain permanently etched on the library of vibrant colourful holiday experiences I pull out for rainy winter days. The wonderful prompt service, good looking waiters and creamy organsmic coffee pale in significance to the loud vibrant Australian Italians sporting white pointed Italian shoes and complaining affectionately about how much money their wives spend on shoes. Although eavesdropping may have a certain social stigma attached to it - this is the place to do it!
