Melbourne is a city that regularly pops up on international ‘most vegetarian-friendly places in the world’ lists.  So unsurprisingly, some of its vegetarian restaurants are real gems. Soulmama is just that! 
Soulmama is dedicated to supplying meals in a most ethical manner as well as providing food for thought (information about how to lead a less harmful life) to those who want it. Needless to say, this restaurant definitely has soul!
Now you know that this restaurant is a place where you can gourmandize guilt-free… but what about the food?  
Well, there is a huge variety which you select, mix and match from the buffet-style display. There’s no set menu so what seasonal dishes are on offer on any given day is a surprise. If you’re after a meal that’s vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, sugar-free… you name it…then each dish available to you will be labelled. Every time I have eaten at Soulmama the food has been sublime.
Drinks here range from fresh juices to cocktails and organic wines. 
And perhaps best of all, this restaurant does not involve a compromise on space and has gorgeous ocean views. No doubt, you will want to sit at your table as long as possible, gazing at the panorama.
