It may be loved by food critics, but Aubergine isn't the type of restaurant to big-note itself. Frankly, it doesn't need to. After eating here everyone leaves with an appreciation of Ben Willis' great ability to deliver a menu that hits all the right buttons – delicious, exciting and perfectly balanced. Service and food presentation are assured, leaving the dining space with its huge windows to supply a theatrical touch.
