This hip boutique hotel is tucked away in a quiet corner of Civic, not far from the National Museum. Its 80 rooms have all been decorated with an eye for detail: printed wallpaper on the ceilings, mini fish-scale tiles in the bathrooms and flat-screen TVs. The restaurant offers fine contemporary Australian cuisine and the Parlour Wine Room has is its own buzzing little scene.
