   Fancy some wasabi beer? This farm is de rigueur for wasabi lovers, and even wasabi haters may have fun. An English map guides you among wasabi plants (130 tons of wasabi are grown in flooded fields here annually), restaurants, shops and workspaces, all set amid rolling hills.

   The farm is about a 15-minute bike ride from Hotaka Station. There are also some calmer municipal wasabi fields.
