This advisory includes these countries: Brazil, Colombia, El Salvador, French Guiana, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Martinique, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Suriname, Venezuela, and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The virus is usually spread via the Aedes species mosquito. There is no vaccine to…
Hello friends! My hubby and I are planning a Caribbean vacation. Not decided when or how. Maybe by next March or April. Will that be a good season to visit Caribbean islands? Also, we are also looking at a Caribbean cruise trip plan. There is confusion about whether we should choose cruising or take a flight. Both of us likes to travel and are inclined towards cruising. If we won't take a package trip, which should be the place we start our trip with? A couple of our friends had their honeymoon…
Hi there- I am traveling to The Dominican and Haiti right after xmas. I am having trouble finding info on traveling by land between the countries. I will be flying into Punta Cana and would like to make my way up to the northern coast of Haiti (laregly due to the hurricane). I am having difficulty finding info on busses, routes, times, distances and costs. Can anyone give me an idea of lengths and costs of traveling by land from DR to Haiti? Thanks, Kari
I have rented the car and I am going to visit the PR in a couple of next days. I got some tips from tourist information about places worth of visting here. Anyone who would like to visit best spots in Puerto Rico in the next few days just let me know.
Hi everybody. Anyone got some tips for what to do, and where to stay in PR for approximately 2 weeks in the beginning of March. We are a couple and our 2 year old son.
We fly into San Juan. Mostly we are into hanging out on (kid-friendly)beaches and taking some tours to see some nature. We like to snorkel! We are thinking about finding two places to stay - one week each place.
Should we stay on the main island?
All tips are appreciated!

Please think carefully about heading down. Are you fully vaccinated and prepared to encounter cholera, zika, malaria, injuries, etc., w/o access to prompt medical care? Do you have the needed skills…
