Argentina is a vast land of pampas and huge cattle farms, known as estancias. Traditionally these estancias are run by cowboys, or better known as Gauchos. We spend the evening at Estancia El Ombu de Areco, a beautiful working estancia built in 1880. Nowadays the estancia breeds Argentine horses and offers horse riding for guests.

Itinerary

Day 1 Transfer from Buenos Aires to estancia and afternoon activities
This morning we transfer from your downtown hotel to San Antonio de Areco. Here we are met and transferred to "Estancia El Ombu de Areco". The following meals are included - lunch, afternoon tea, evening cocktail, dinner, and breakfast the next day. This is a beautiful old estancia house built in 1880 by General Ricchieri. It has 6 rooms with private bathrooms, a swimming pool and many facilities to make your stay an enjoyable one. The owners are dedicated to breeding high quality Argentine horses. The estancia offers activities such as horseback riding, swimming, and rides on antique carriages.
Day 2 Return to Buenos Aires where trip concludes
The morning is free to enjoy the estancia’s facilities before our transfer back to Buenos Aires, where our services conclude.
