Land
Bus
El Bolsón has no central bus terminal, but most companies are on or near Av San Martín.
Andesmar (492178; Av Belgrano & Perito Moreno) goes to Bariloche (AR$15, two hours) and Esquel (AR$20, two to three hours), and to points north of there, usually with a change in Neuquén (AR$60, nine hours).
TAC, represented by Grado 42 (493124; Av Belgrano 406), goes to Bariloche (AR$15, two hours) and Neuquén (AR$58, 9 hours); the company sells tickets to Mendoza, Córdoba and other northern destinations, though you’ll have to change buses in Neuquén.
Don Otto (493910; cnr Av Sarmiento & Roca) goes to Bariloche and Comodoro Rivadavia, with connections in Esquel for Trelew and Puerto Madryn. Transportes Nehuén (491831; Sarmiento, near Roca) goes to El Maitén, Bariloche and Los Alerces.
Air
LADE (492206; Perito Moreno at Plaza Pagano) flies Thursday to Bariloche (AR$68) and Tuesday to Comodoro Rivadavia (AR$206) and Esquel (AR$68). All flights leave from El Bolsón’s small airport (492066) at the north end of Av San Martín.
