A tie for the best hostel in town is this cozy guesthouse where the owners and staff greet you by name. The creation of a well-traveled couple, La Tosca is modern and comfy, with a grassy courtyard, good mattresses, and varied breakfasts with homemade cakes. Double suites and a post-checkout bathroom with showers are wonderful additions. There's also bike rental.
