Lonely Planet review for Bar San Carlos

Neighborhood parrillas (steak restaurants) are fast disappearing in Córdoba, but the San Carlos is one of the best, and still hanging in there. Get here reasonably early and beat the old guys out of a table on the small shady plaza.
