Chilecito founder Don Domingo de Castro y Bazán owned this colonial flour mill, which houses an eclectic assemblage of archaeological tools, antique arms, early colonial documents, minerals, traditional wood and leather crafts, banknotes, woodcuts, cellphones and paintings.
